Tithes of Honor

Now consider how great this man was, to whom even the patriarch Abraham gave a tenth of the spoils. Hebrews 7:4

The MOTIVATION for giving TITHES is “Obedience to God!” Giving our tithes of honor consists of separating the ten percent of all our income or profits to give it to God, because they belong to Him and also for the advancement of His Kingdom. Tithes of Honor were established in Genesis 14:20, when Melchizedek’s priesthood intercept Abraham in the Marketplace. SEED-offering is what we give to God voluntarily, in addition to our tithes. When we bring SEED-offerings to God, He brings abundance to our finances. “Tithes of Honor” are also important for those of you who see Apostle Ackerson as a spiritual father or God-assigned mentor and apostolic voice into your life. Your “Tithes of Honor” become a point of contact with the special grace the LORD has placed upon the Man of God.
